Enterprise Sales Director - Legal Services Sector

Lionbridge Legal is actively seeking an experienced legal sales professional to help accelerate business development and sales efforts for our translation services and solutions with legal technology and legal services providers, along with corporate legal departments. You will be responsible for developing profitable growth with a set of key target accounts and for executing on overarching sales and team objectives.

What You Will Do:

  • Build and prioritize a set of target accounts working with the General Manager and Director of Sales for Lionbridge Legal.
  • Build and establish a set of senior contacts at these accounts (C-Level, VP-Level and Director-Level).
  • Transform the strong customer relationships you build into revenue-generating accounts.
  • Develop a deep understanding of your prospects' business goals, competition, growth plans and obstacles.
  • Effectively position all Lionbridge solutions & services with help from product specialists.
  • Implement sales & pipeline-building market strategies.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial lead generation through closing the deal.

To Be Successful You Will Have:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
  • At least 5-10 years of quota-carrying sales experience in the legal market, with consistent and proven quota attainment, including sales into leading law firms, alternative legal services providers and / or corporate legal departments.
  • Deep familiarity and experience with the legal technology market and landscape.
  • C-level credibility and the ability to successfully build and grow senior-level professional relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
