The Enterprise Sales Director:

Lionbridge is seeking an executive sales professional who is passionate about gaming! The Enterprise Sales Director, Games will drive top-line revenue growth through new customer acquisition and expansion of language services. In this role the Enterprise Sales Director will grow an ambitious pipeline of business through outbound prospecting, creativity, and simple hard work. This will require the ability to navigate through complex gaming organizations and sell to multiple decision-makers, including the "C Suite".

What you will do:
  • Drive top-line revenue growth through new customer acquisition and expansion.
  • Own responsibility to meet and exceed revenue goals.
  • Win by representing a solution line with key competitive differentiators.
  • Influence customers and prospects at the senior leadership level.
  • Establish strategic plans and objectives to drive desired business growth.
  • Partner with related sales, marketing, and support resources in the successful advancement of critical opportunities and market penetration.

To Be Successful You Will Have
  • 5+ years successful sales experience
  • Experience selling directly into enterprise and gaming accounts (if you are a gamer, this is a big plus but not required)
  • Ability to exceed sales targets, a keen understanding of the steps involved in a sales cycle and ability to leverage each stage to advance the sale
  • Ability to prospect and manage a designated territory to maximize revenue growth
  • Ability to operate with a sense of urgency, be aggressive, competitive, and demonstrate a positive, winning attitude
