Requirements/Skills:
  • Advanced computer knowledge including Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point and ability to quickly learn new proprietary software.
  • Ability to apply first principles to provide logical steps to issue resolution while applying common sense
  • Demonstrated ability to translate a potential problem into test tools and methods necessary to quantify risks and evaluate solutions using short-loop methods when full system testing is not available
  • Excellent teamwork skill
  • Solid background in troubleshooting and repair of electro-mechanical systems
  • Read and understand all documentation related to tasks/test requests.
  • Perform setup and verification of test, equipment and process.
  • Execute tests per defined test requests and test plans.
  • Follow security, safety and testing procedures for all work performed.
  • Responsible for working with LB management in continuous improvement and documentation creation, change and maintenance.
  • Skilled in analytical decision-making, troubleshooting and problem-solving
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment, work within defined policies and practices while determining the best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives
  • Exhibit solid planning, organizational and documentation skills
  • Potential problem analysis. dimensional control, and material science experience
  • Responsible for Tier 4 Askcims about computers issues and sift.
  • Keeping multiple computer banks up to date
  • Windows updates
  • Assuring Tech II's are performing appropriate reboot cycle
  • Assure that organization is shutting down on Friday's
  • Supervise starting the PC's on Monday, resolve any issues that occur
  • Ordering PC's to assure appropriate back ups are available.
  • Keep backups up to date.
  • Keep the windows 7 and 10 master Image up to date with any changes and patches.
