We are searching for an IT Manager Games Operations to join our team!

You will be responsible and accountable for the smooth running of IT Infrastructure systems around gaming LABs and within the limits of requirements. You will supervise a team of IT Technicians, and the implementation and maintenance of our company's computing needs around Lionbridge Teams in the Americas region.

What You Will Do:

• Provide consistent leadership and direction for direct reports by taking the time to manage, support and encourage individuals in their work environment
• Serve as a Games IT Leader, driving the execution of technology strategy, anticipating and reacting to major technology changes, and establishing technical standards
• Ensure security and alignment with Lionbridge's Standards and Compliance Requirements as well as make sure our global security standards meet our internal/external customers' requirements and standards
• Responsible for monitoring availability and performance of Local IT infrastructure
• Responsible for reviewing and managing tickets in the ticket system queues
• Accountable for inventories of Local IT\Gaming assets and systems
• Accountable for tactical support for deployment of new IT\Gaming hardware and IT Infrastructure components
• Manage and negotiate with vendors and others to obtain the best pricing for Lionbridge for equipment and services
• Organize and manage shifts schedules routine

To Be Successful You Will Have:

• Current management experience from managing IT operations
• Minimum of 2 years' experience working as an IT manager
• Practical knowledge of production systems residing in private or public clouds
• Experience in writing and managing IT policies, including security policies
• Excellent leadership skills required, as well as the ability to lead and work as part of a team
• Experience in negotiating with vendors
• Proven communication and organizational skills
