Lionbridge Poland is looking for an accomplished Team Leader who demonstrates a strong combination of business, technical, tactical, and leadership skills.

As a Team Leader you will be responsible for managing technical services dedicated to operations within Lionbridge among the Team you will be responsible for. You will be a part of Business Unit called Technical Services which provides technical support to localization and translation Teams in Lionbridge. Your Team will consist of 13+ DTP specialists, working in graphics programs with plug-ins/scripts for task automation and internal tools and platforms, responsible for technical tasks such as file analysis and time estimation, preparation, formatting after translation, file troubleshooting, quality control, technical training, documentation creation, sales support, tasks and resources management, archiving, etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a DTP team in a range of project domains;
  • Work closely with management to ensure highest quality of DTP services;
  • Define the strategy and resource needs to maximize efficiency and productivity;
  • Ensure clear communication within a team (project meetings, provide/compile/validate reports, etc.);
  • Coordinate all activities to ensure correct execution of Project and Quality plans;
  • Analyze project data and provide inputs;
  • Provide inputs on crisis problems and possible resolution;
  • Set team objectives and manage the personnel development.


Requirements:

  • College degree or similar in relevant field;
  • Top-class communication, interpersonal and leadership skills;
  • Min. 6-7 years of experience in desktop publishing domain or similar;
  • Needs several years of experience managing a team of (ideally 10+) people and ready to manage a larger team;
  • Deep knowledge of DTP process, ability to identify and lead technical solutions and lead/collaborate with global teams;
  • Experience managing production for either sizable customer or portfolio of accounts;
  • Strong people management and process management skills;
  • Fluent level of spoken and written English and Polish language;
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, process-oriented thinking.
