The Director of Global Talent Acquisition will develop and lead strategy to ensure that Lionbridge Games attracts, hires and retains world-class talent for the video game industry. S/he will partner with key stakeholders to align talent acquisition priorities to key business objectives while building the team's agility, scalability and strategic influence. S/he will deliver a consultative approach to the business by providing relevant talent market insights and innovative sourcing strategies to meet diverse requirements across the organization.

What You Will Do
  • Provide recruiting vision, leadership, and management to all hiring departments
  • Recommend and successfully implement recruitment strategies and initiatives to deliver best in class recruiting
  • Initiate, prioritize and manage critical recruiting programs such as process standardization, candidate materials and recruitment advertising to ensure consistency across all countries and recruiting activities
  • Exceed key recruiting expectations on hiring speed, hire quality, hiring manager satisfaction.
  • Leverage professional networks, knowledge of talent communities, recruitment best practices and expertise to guide hiring managers to hire the best talent for our teams or customers.
  • Lead, mentor and develop recruiting team members across Europe and in the GDC's.
  • Review and analyze relevant talent acquisition metrics for performance management and decision-making.
  • Support in country HR teams with sourcing, tools and recruiting solutions

To Be Successful You Will
  • Minimum 10 years of Talent Acquisition experience in a Recruiting Process Outsourcing or Corporate recruiting environment with at least 5 years managing teams in a high volume recruiting environment.
  • Collaborates with business leaders on Workforce Planning to deliver against business hiring needs and ensures the company stays abreast of current hiring trends, competitive compensation programs, best practices and employment related data.
  • Strategic ability to forecast and formulate talent acquisition strategies into actionable plans
  • Proven track record of achieving business goals while scaling talent capability
  • Strong business acumen with an innate ability to engage leaders and flex ideas according to business needs.
  • Bachelor's degree with emphasis in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or other related discipline required.
