We are looking for a Director of Content Delivery who will drive localization and audio delivery with our games team. This senior leadership role will supervise teams located in the USA, Brazil and partner audio studios in Mexico and the USA . The Director of Content Delivery is responsible for overall Lionbridge Gaming content delivery out of the America's-with direct oversight of a leadership team managing multi-disciplinary delivery teams in the various fully-owned or partner sites.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the overall Content P&L for Lionbridge Gaming in the Americas by supporting Sales to deliver on the budget assigned to the region. Additionally, this role will work with their teams as well as support groups in the global content organization and/or Lionbridge to meet our Lionbridge Gaming revenue, CSAT, team engagement as well as customer and gross-margin targets.

What You Will Do:
  • Lead the Americas country/site localization/audio teams delivering end-to-end localization and voice-over processes for games supporting a growing number of gaming platforms
  • Successfully manage the content P&L for Lionbridge Gaming in the Americas to hit the assigned customer-margin targets
  • Monitor CSAT scores and take the necessary corrective actions
  • Monitor all risks and key-blocking issues in your region and take the necessary corrective actions to ensure on-time quality delivery to our clients
  • Prepare a detailed report of key KPIs and activities to Lionbridge Gaming Delivery and General Management to be delivered monthly according to a format to be mutually agreed upon
  • Supervise the regional forecast and participate in the various budget planning phases to ensure accuracy and timeliness
  • Ensure your teams effectively interface with client stakeholders; forge strong relationship with the customer interfaces; and understand the client team dynamic, their business goals, priorities, and challenges
  • Participate in localization planning efforts (collect project scope and other project specs that may impact the localization costs) as needed
  • Drive strategic planning, and SLA compliance, driving quality and innovation, with respect to understanding volume forecasts, program growth and overall program planning.
  • Partner with community management to make sure your region has the necessary suppliers to deliver on our growth

To Be Successful You Will Have:
  • University degree in a major related to language, game development, or program management (preferred)
  • Experience managing managers
  • Deep knowledge of the global Video Games business (operations, technologies, business models, industry structure), and passion for games and/or the entertainment industry
  • 5 to 10 + years of Project Management/Leadership, preferably in an international environment
  • Exposure to audio-engineering, BI analytics, and video-game functional/localization testing
  • Experience building ROI and cost justifications for executive level presentation
  • Proven reporting, financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in managing financial deliverables - budgeting, variance analysis, forecasting and profitability reporting.
  • Strong cross-group collaboration with internal and external partners
  • Passion for global solutions and international customers
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and function effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in a second language a plus
