Digital Marketing Service Lead

Lionbridge are now hiring for a Digital Marketing Services Lead, to work with our team in Dublin, Ireland.

A role of Digital Marketing Services Lead is to lead and manage the resources located in different sites to maintain continuity of production for the Global Digital Marketing Production team (GDMP). DMS Lead will be responsible for maintaining high production efficiency and quality of projects with various levels of difficulty. The projects need to be run in accordance with the client's instructions and specific technical knowledge of Content Editorial and Web Development. This is a client facing role that requires looking for process innovations and production optimization.

What You Will Do :

• Have ownership for leading and driving applicable Production activities across their assigned program/projects, keeping on overall focus on Customer Service and Satisfaction
• Close collaborate with PM group and Sales to plan resourcing, training and contribute to revenue growth for both new and existing clients
• Have ownership for Process Improvement and Innovation across the entire Production team
• Have HR responsibility for direct reports
• Contribute to GDMP management by taking on respective departmental duties as assigned by direct manager
• Work with the direct manager and design for future additional Digital Marketing services and offerings also on succession planning and management

To Be Successful You Will Have:

• Capacity management skills with strong leadership abilities and proactive work ethic
• Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal with ability to lead communication effectively across multiple diverse marketing, reporting and development teams
• Proven experience with the following:
  • Technical expertise with varied CMS
  • Expertise in HTML, XML, CSS and other technologies related to Digital Marketing Production
  • Expertise in SEO and SEM, and Analytics
  • Practice knowledge of the following productivities enhancing tools: Excel, Access etc. will be an additional asset
• Experience in working with projects and marketing teams
• Proven customer service mindset
• Strong attention to detail and superb troubleshooting abilities
• Ability to take ownership of a task and drive efficiencies and work self-sufficiently within a team environment
• Metrics and reporting skills
