Requirements:

  • DTP and typography knowledge;
  • Fluency in Microsoft Windows and good knowledge of Office suite;
  • Good knowledge of tools as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, FrameMaker and ABBYY FineReader;
  • High working ethics, independence, precision, and thoroughness in executing responsibilities;
  • Good knowledge of English language is a must.


Nice to have, but not required:

  • Prepress experience would be an asset;
  • Knowledge of translating tools as Trados would be a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Assembling, formatting and preparing content for publishing or printing;
  • Creating different language versions of source documents;
  • Recreating source files based on PDFs;
  • Verifying documents based on source files;
  • Creating manuals and project documentation;
  • Sending and receiving tasks to and from vendors, quality assurance;
  • Ensuring the highest quality of the final product.
