Customer Success Manager with German

Responsibilities:
  • localization projects scheduling and execution (initiation, training, project launch),
  • managing project resources and resources allocation,
  • allocation of translation tasks to vendors with regards to time and quality requirements,
  • assist sales team in delivering estimates quotations and end customer service,
  • ensure compliance of project related activities with quality and sourcing policy and requirements,
  • preparation of project related materials, instructions and documentations for translators and internal users,
  • administration of IT tools used in localization processes,
  • effective communication with customer when needed (provide estimates, professional consultancy),
  • preparation and execution of project budget and invoicing,
  • monitoring of KPIs of time, quality and financial results and contribution to its improvement,
  • building strong relations with external and internal users by "internal customer" approach,
  • continuous improvement in an area of project management and customer satisfaction,
  • identifying, documenting and applying best practices for the position,
  • perform data entry duties regarding sales figures, metrics and other key data related with position,
  • demonstrate proactive and customer oriented approach and stimulate positive change and innovation,
  • identify and analyze project-related problems. Develop and execute solutions.


Requirements:
  • minimum 2+ yearsof professional experience in localization or related area (preferably in an international environment),
  • minimum B.A. degree (Project Management, Language Studies, Linguistics),
  • Flawless German (written and spoken), fluent English,
  • highly-developed computer skills (MS Office, Windows),
  • ability to thrive under pressure and function effectively in a fast-paced environment,
  • ability to drive cross-group problem solving, customer advocacy and ability to apply creativity, critical thinking and solution-mindedness in a dynamic working environment,
  • attention to detail with strategic thinking and strong problem solving skills,
  • strong collaboration and communication skills, both written and oral with technical and non-technical staff,
  • experience in using CAT tools will be considered an asset.
