Creative Agency Senior Production Assistant

We at Lionbridge are actively seeking a full-time experienced and passionate Senior Film Production Assistant to join our growing team. This exciting and dynamic role is at the front and center of Cisco's award winning in-house creative agency (The Hatch), in a fast-paced and detailed-oriented environment.

The ideal individual for this role is one who is multi-faceted, exceptionally organized, and has a can-do mindset to support best-in-class film production. You will work collaboratively to provide production support for The Hatch HOP, EP & Sr. Producers on the day-to -day tasks required for any given production from brief to delivery. We are seeking someone creative, amiable, quick on their feet, solutions-driven and organized to ensure high quality work is delivered on time in an extremely fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will prioritize and support a multitude of projects without losing sight of the big creative picture or the smallest production detail, all while ensuring the work meets agency standards and producer objectives.
  • You will be an expert at all things Hatch, know our work and advise others on the who, what, where and how to facilitate general requests from internal and external stakeholders.
  • You will assist Producers to manage agency and vendor relationships with day-to-day communications, create & track SOWs/POs/schedules and provide required Brand assets, archival footage, etc.
  • You will collect, organize and manage materials for distribution to various internal and external parties.
  • You will organize files for final delivery and provide quality assurance on project deliverables.
  • You will collaborate with our In-house Media Manager to request and track archiving/unarchiving requests, stringouts, b-roll searches, etc.
  • You will attend and help facilitate meetings & reviews as needed or requested, communicating agendas beforehand, taking detailed notes and disseminating as appropriate.
  • You will track project deliveries from external partners (final project files/archiving, unarchiving).
  • You will assist to facilitate all Brand VO requests - both Hatch internal, Cisco and external agencies.
  • You will keep the production project tracker current, updating launch and expiration dates, ensuring closing reports are completed and attached.
  • You will help manage film renewals, including music, stock and talent licenses upon expiration.
  • With direction from HOP, you will define and improve production processes and workflows with internal & external partners.


Qualifications / Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Film or Communication or equivalent experience in film production.
  • You must have Film experience/exposure to be considered for this opportunity.
  • 5+ years in a creative advertising agency or internal creative team.
  • Strong business acumen, with a proven track record of achieving objectives while meeting an expected brand standard and a high bar for aesthetic quality within set budgets and schedules.
  • Must be able to organize, track and reconcile projects utilizing collaboration tools.
  • Strong familiarity with usage and licensing and the ability to navigate those territories with expertise and confidence.
  • Must have exceptional presentation, verbal and written skills.
  • Adept at the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Travel to San Jose HQ office occasionally throughout the year
  • Minimal production travel as needed.

  • You are comfortable with tight timelines, creative sprints and collaboration.
  • You are independent and able to think quickly on your feet to produce solutions while clearly communicating every challenge along the way.
