Lionbridge are now looking to hire a Community Wellness Specialist, to work with their team in Ballina, Co. Mayo.

Wellness Specialist - Roles and Responsibilities


Analyze Wellness Program usage data to:
  • Determine trends and identify positive engagements as well as gaps within the service
    • Transform data into presentable format for various stakeholders
    • Update Customer Status Reports with relevant data and insights
    • Provide Program updates to Customer on weekly calls
    • Present during QBRs, share insights & trends
    • Try and improve overall effectiveness of the Wellness Program, drive up usage and engagement percentages & create a better overall awareness with the Community
  • Liaise with external provider to:
    • Update content on external wellness portal
    • Explore trends in data
    • Manage billing and invoicing (internal note: for wellness)
    • Measure end user engagement with services
  • Manage communications to community and maximize use of the Wellness Program
    • Design and co-ordination of periodic surveys with community. Present and analyze results, share key trends and insights.
    • Create & Roll out video content to community through close collaboration with Content Development Team
    • Design & delivery of new webinar content on a regular basis
    • Refresh 'Wellness' information on internal community platform(s)
  • Manage interactions with Customer (may be through Program/Project managers) to include but not limited to:
    • Invoicing
    • Ad-hoc general queries
    • Share insights around the 'voice' of the community and/or any relevant trends
    • Present data at Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs). Provide update on deliverables/targets, share trends and outline future initiatives.
  • Continual research into industry best practices/services

Education & Experience:
  • Primary degree in a Business or similar discipline
  • 2-3 years' experience working in a global/multinational environment
  • Research experience including conducting of surveys and data analysis is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Excel is essential
  • Experience working with and/or managing large crowds of 'homeworkers' is an advantage
  • Experience in the area of wellness/mindfulness is an advantage

  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities are essential to this position
  • Ability to work in a team environment with a high sense of urgency
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time efficiently
  • Flexibility and willingness to support multiple functions/business units when required
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on diligence and accuracy
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
