Community Manager

Reduce costs and assure high-quality deliverable in managing vendors
Interview, recruit, and qualify resources for the upcoming business needs.
Assist in the search for acceptable candidates who qualify for the job, search in the open market, social sites for placing ads for recruitment.
Assist in Test jobs - Calling vendors and asking them for the readiness to take jobs, follow-ups, co-ordination with multiple teams.
Commitment to work on any ad-hoc activities and support team in a crucial situation
Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
Maintain vendor data in Vendor Management Databases to ensure they contain accurate information.
Support and answer vendor queries.
MIS creation.
Stakeholder management - Making sure our SLA adheres on time.
Negotiate the best possible vendor rates on a global level for a given language(s).
Monitor the quality and development of vendors and take appropriate action.
Ensure smooth communication with cross-functional teams on daily basis.

Person Specification:

Experience in Vendor or Resource Management is preferable
Experience in Translation/Localization is a plus
General knowledge of supply chain management principles. Strong working knowledge of operations processes
Customer management skills
Language skills. High level of spoken and written English.
Advanced use of standard Windows and MS Office applications
Communications skills: Correct communication in tone and style for each situation. Competence in e-mail, report, proposal, and presentation preparation.
Analytical skills: Able to analyze new and changing scenarios and adapt the workflow to the new requirements.
Organizational/Managerial: Team player, scheduling, negotiations, conflict resolution, stakeholder management.
Desirable qualities: Flexible, imaginative, positive thinking, multi-tasking, proactive, and solution-oriented.
