Position Description:

The successful candidate will work within the Community Engagement Team providing direct support to a global community of homeworkers. Your role will involve working to keep our community members engaged and motivated at all times. This is a fast-paced role, which requires great attention to detail. This role will be based on-site in Ballina, Co. Mayo.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Providing day to day support to an online global community of individuals
  • Responding in a timely and professional manner to a high volume of inbound email queries/incidents daily
  • Carrying out of periodic phone calls to our community members
  • Updating and tracking of data/information and compiling of weekly reports, where a methodical approach to routine tasks is required
  • Compilation of periodic surveys and analysis of results
  • Working on new initiatives to improve and enhance existing global communications
  • Participating in weekly interactive webinar sessions
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time efficiently to ensure that deadlines and targets are always achieved

Candidates Must Have:
  • Flexibility and willingness to support multiple functions/business units
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment with a high sense of urgency
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time efficiently

Requirements:
  • Experience working in an administration background is essential
  • Proficiency in Excel is required for this role
  • Experience and familiarity using the internet and email
  • Attention to detail and a methodical approach to work is required for this role
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • 3rd level qualification or equivalent qualification in a Business Discipline
  • 2-3 years administration experience working in a global/multinational background is an advantage
