Detail-oriented and creative, the Content Creator helps enrich existing content and create new content. This role develops and implements content in multi-surface marketing programs to be deployed in global markets. This role involves working cross-channel in a heavily matrixed and fast-paced environment.

Content Creator responsibilities include conducting thorough research on industry-related topics and interviewing internal subject matter experts to create content. Strong proofreading skills are needed, with careful attention to brand messaging. This role should be well-versed in creating various content types, such as paid ad language, social media messaging, long-form content like whitepapers and e-books, website copy, video scripts and blog articles. This role should also have knowledge of SEO best practices and using data to inform and improve the content. This role drives engagement and conversions through creative content. While this role involves content creation for various industries, life sciences will be a key focus area.

Solid project management, organization and communication skills are key. A keen sense for brand voice and tone consistency and problem-solving skills is necessary.

  • Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and subject matter experts)
  • Support a wide range of print and online content
  • Write clear and concise marketing copy for Lionbridge offerings, products and services
  • Highly skilled communicator with the ability to interview internal or external sources/industry experts
  • Support product launches and all relevant company initiatives from a content point of view, maintaining brand voice consistency
  • Manage content process from brief to publishing
  • Understand the impact of translation and localization on content
  • Receive feedback and guidance to make necessary changes
  • Utilize SEO research tools and apply to your writing
  • With Lionbridge guidance, learn Adobe Experience Manager for publishing blogs
  • Desire and drive to be on top of content and marketing trends and the localization industry

Skills & Requirements

  • 2 years' experience
  • BS/BA in English, communication, marketing, journalism or meaningful field
  • Excellent writing, grammar and editing skills
