Business Systems Analyst/Administrator - SaaS Corporate Applications

This position reports to the Director of Enterprise Applications

Opportunity for a Business Systems Analystto join our team in Dublin, Ireland. This key role is responsible for the daily operations of several Enterprise Applications as well as management of changes to those systems to streamline operations and ensure a quality user experience. He/She solves business problems by analyzing requirements, understanding application configuration and customization capabilities and recommending solutions.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Deliver changes to Corporate/Enterprise systems which simplify the business and make it easier to do business within Lionbridge
  • Work closely with business department SME's to understand requirements and devise optimal solutions for system enhancements and bug fixes
  • Act as a champion for optimizing user experiences and best system practices
  • Manage solution scope, testing, training and key performance indicators
  • Train and assist Support teams in performing application administration & support
  • Maximize value of application investments through feature activation and adoption
  • Stay current on application features and enhancements delivered by software vendors
  • Be the resident expert on features and functions of supported applications

Skills and Experience Requirements
  • 5 years of Business Systems Administration experience and at least 2 years of application configuration experience in SaaS HR/Finance/Payroll systems such as SuccessFactors, SAP Concur and UltiPro Payroll.
  • Experience with at least 1 full Life-Cycle implementation of SaaS applications preferred
  • Hands on experience in configuring and testing SaaS applications
  • Excellent communication skills. Experience with Agile/Scrum development, experience writing user stories and executing Product Owner responsibilities
  • Experience building queries and analyzing data to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Solid background in Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report and Hire-to-Retire processes preferred
  • Strong skills using Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)

Education/Certification Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required in a business or technology related field of study
  • Certification(s) in Business Analysis, Project Management, Information Technology or Digital Transformation preferred
  • Configuration Certifications in HR/Finance/Payroll/Marketing applications preferred
