BUSINESS PRESENTATION SPECIALIST

POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for designing and editing advanced-level PowerPoint presentations with a strong focus on visual storytelling to reinforce key messages while adhering to client branding standards.

Candidates should possess: high degree of professionalism, strong business communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, ability to multitask, prioritize, work efficiently towards deadlines and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Edit advanced-level PowerPoint presentations:
  • Execute complex and ambiguous edits with minimal direction
  • Maintain high quality standards by proofing work for errors, consistency and adherence to standard formats
• Support other basic requests for Word, Excel and Adobe Acrobat
• Perform other duties as assigned or required
• High level of confidentiality required

SKILLS, LICENSES, KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION AND TRAINING REQUIREMENTS

• Associates degree preferred
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• High degree of computer literacy, with advanced skills in PowerPoint, ThinkCell, Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and advanced slide generation
• Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Visio and InDesign a plus
• Create company's standard and non-standard PowerPoint presentations content delivered by CT or another internal client
• Highly complex graphic slide production and visual services support for both client casework and internal projects
• Create visual aesthetics content according to BCG-quality standards, providing the best possible
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
• Exceptional organization and problem-solving skills; thinks "outside of the box"
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in order to understand complex instructions
• Excellent customer service skills
• High level of self-motivation and enthusiasm
• Ability to work both in teams and independently
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work effectively and independently prioritize under narrow time limitations and/or with interruptions, to produce accurate results
• Ability to understand and manage complex organizational relations
• Attendance and schedule adherence are required for this position

LANGUAGE SKILLS

• Advanced English/Spanish level - Fluent written and spoken Spanish and English, desirable Portuguese knowledge as a plus
• Very good written and spoken Spanish and English, excellent spelling and punctuation in order to detect misunderstandings and spelling typos
