Lionbridge Games is seeking an executive sales professional who is passionate about gaming! The Business Development Director, Games will drive top-line revenue growth through new customer acquisitions and expansion of a wide breadth of games services. In this role, the Business Development Director will grow an ambitious pipeline of business through outbound prospecting, strategic development, and simple hard work. This will require the ability to navigate through the ever-evolving gaming industry and sell to multiple decision-makers, including the "C Suite."

What you will do :
  • Drive top-line revenue growth through new customer acquisition and expansion.
  • Establish strategic plans and objectives to drive desired business growth.
  • Influence customers and prospects at the senior leadership level.
  • Win by strategic planning, problem solving and building the best alignment with key competitive differentiators.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of company offerings to identify key business opportunities.
  • Partner with related sales, Ops, marketing, and support resources in the successful advancement of critical opportunities and market penetration.
  • Establish lasting relationships with customers and most importantly curate amazing customer journeys.

To Be Successful You Will Have

  • 5+ years of successful sales experience in the games industry
  • Strong people skills with a deep customer focus
  • Experience selling directly into leading games companies
  • A team player that thrives when you are effectively collaborating with others
  • Ability to exceed sales targets, a keen understanding of the steps involved in a sales cycle and ability to leverage each stage to advance the sale
  • Ability to prospect and manage a designated territory to maximize revenue growth
  • Ability to operate with a sense of urgency, be aggressive, and competitive, and demonstrate a positive, winning attitude
