The Associate Manager, Content is a passionate researcher/writer skilled at developing content from concept to execution across a range of channels and content types (case studies, tradeshow booths, white papers,.com, social, audio, video).

This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and project management. Reporting to the Sr Manager, Content, this role works in a highly collaborative fashion with the Brand, Demand Gen, Product Marketing as well as Sales and other global marketing leaders.

  • Works with Marketing team to develop and manage content pieces that will be used across sales and marketing channels - including case studies, blog posts, videos, infographics etc.
  • Supports team with content distribution strategy in various formats and across multiple channels to reach target audiences.
  • Helps managemeasurement/reporting process to show content effectiveness in reaching the right people, meeting engagement goals, understanding how to refine strategies further to increase results.
  • Manages projects with multiple stakeholders while communicating plans, progress and results.
  • Expands and manages our content development practice to ensure content is organized and easy to access to support sales and the buying process, and members engagement for campaigns and programs.
  • Develops and maintains editorial and social calendar and organization workflows.
  • Working with Sr Manager, Content, develops editorial governance so content is consistent with our brand voice, style and tone.
  • Supports Sr Manager, Content to develop presentations - thought leadership andmarketing program results to be presented in quarterly reviews and other meetings across the organization.

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business/Marketing/Publishing/Communications/English.
  • 1-3 years of experience working on content marketing or related business initiatives and campaigns in a business environment preferred.
  • Strong writer, familiar with website, marketing, blog and internal communications and writing styles and requirements; experience creating content for the web, email, social media and print.
  • Possesses a storytelling mindset with an interest in understanding which content audiences consume and how to create desirable content to meet goals.
  • Experience in best practices of online media channel messaging, measurement tools, and
  • Strong project management skills, strict attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to think creatively against deadlines with acute attention to detail and multiple cross-functional processes.
  • Experience working with high-performing teams and against tight deadlines, supporting the needs of and communicating regularly with multiple stakeholders.

Desired qualifications:
  • Strong writing skills.
  • Graphic design and html skills experience a plus.
  • Experience in social media strategy and execution.
  • Experience using a content management system.
