Lionbridge is actively seeking a Part-time Technician for Weekend Day Shift in our 3D Metals Benchmark Lab, on-site in Corvallis!

What you will do:
  • Deliver quality customer parts in the Metals Benchmark lab that support internal and external Metals Benchmark facilities under the direction of a Lab Lead and Supervisor.
  • Executing digital processes to enable physical processing of builds, tracking of lots, from start to completion.
  • Receive ongoing training and certification using specialized Lab documentation.
  • Ensure that all standard and special processes are accurately and consistently implemented.
  • Take responsibility for tracking and monitoring the progress of execution on shift.
  • Provide Lionbridge Technical Supervisor with daily status of execution and operations and advise on any safety or quality issues.
  • Identify and troubleshoot processes, materials or equipment related issues, and recommend solutions to Technical Supervisors, Manager and client.
  • Act immediately to modify behavior which is inappropriate, disorderly, creates a hostile work environment, violates the Rules & Guidelines or jeopardizes our standing with our customer.
  • Act as safety contact during the shift and immediately reports any safety concerns or incidents to Lionbridge Site Safety person-in-charge.
  • Additional tasks and job duties as needed.


To Be Successful You Will Have

  • Knowledge working with computers and new programs, possessing medium to advanced computer skills.
  • High School diploma, General Education Development (GED) or equivalency.
  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
  • Minimum of 5 years technical experience in R&D, product test development or manufacturing environment.
  • Experience delivering and testing high quality customer parts.
  • Experience receiving training using specialized training plans.
  • Experience developing rapid response paths for critical issue resolution.
  • Experience with technical parts, instructions.
