What You Will Do

• Manage local IT systems and servers, secure, maintain, and update software and hardware equipment working in Windows and MacOS environments
• Manage local network and user permissions to network resources to ensure effective and secure connection with the entire company network
• Maintain and manage LAN/WAN and network devices (switches, routers, access points), manage and configure network printers
• Perform software installations and software and hardware troubleshooting
• Manage hardware and software inventory, purchasing, deployment and license compliance
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation
• Cooperate in a timely manner with IT Teams around the globe to deliver the highest level of IT support to our users.

To Be Successful You Will Have

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Fluency in Polish (at least C1/C2)
• Good knowledge of English in speech and writing
• Very good knowledge of MS Windows systems (service and administration) and the MS Office application package
• Knowledge of the Active Directory environment and experience in Windows Server administration and Azure Intune
• Knowledge of computer networks, TCP/IP and operation of network devices (router, switches, firewalls);
• Experience in repairing computers, wiring, troubleshooting
• Mobile equipment and video game consoles support and service is nice to have.
